For organizations without an LMS, the BranchTrack Classes platform provides an all-in-one solution to assign, manage, and track simulations.

SCORM Integration: Seamless LMS Embedding

BranchTrack supports SCORM (1.2 and 2004 editions), allowing its simulations to be easily embedded within any Learning Management System (LMS) that supports these standards. SCORM packages from BranchTrack are designed to integrate seamlessly and effortlessly. By embedding BranchTrack simulations this way, training data such as completion status, scores, and learner progress is automatically tracked by the LMS, giving administrators a full overview of employee performance.

Advanced Data Tracking with xAPI

For more detailed and flexible tracking, BranchTrack supports xAPI (also known as Tin Can API). This integration allows for a deeper level of data collection, going beyond simple completion and scores. With xAPI, businesses can capture a wide range of learning experiences, such as decision paths, time spent on specific tasks, and user interactions within the simulation. This data can be sent to an LMS or a Learning Record Store (LRS) for analysis, providing richer insights into learner behavior and training effectiveness.

Direct Launch via Links

BranchTrack also allows simulations to be launched through direct links, offering a more flexible deployment option. This is ideal for organizations that want to distribute simulations outside of an LMS, such as via email, intranet, or corporate portals. By sharing a direct link, learners can access the training content without the need to log into an LMS. While this approach is less formal, it can still be tracked via our proprietary APIs.

Using Trackable Links in Zoom, Webex, etc

If you want your webinar audience to play a simulation, create a trackable Session link and send it to participants. As they play, you will see progress and score of each participant. You will be able to see their results, comment on their performance, and manage their access. This is the perfect way to engage your audience and simulate a classroom roleplay exercise in online environments.

Launching Simulations via BranchTrack Classes

If you don’t have an LMS, BranchTrack offers its own platform – BranchTrack Classes. This solution allows you to host simulations and other learning materials directly without the need for external systems. Using Classes, you can assign simulations to learners, track their progress, and view detailed performance data, all within the platform. It provides an easy-to-use interface for both administrators and learners, ensuring that training is accessible and results are trackable, even without a formal LMS.
